I ordered 6 items they sent only 5

I ordered 6 items they sent only 5. This happens so often that I'm no longer going to buy from Wal-Mart. I will order from Amazon even if it cost me more. Wal-Mart has the worse employees/customer service in the whole U.S.A.

Bad experience at local Walmart store.
Using the self scan and all of a sudden it froze up for no reason. Employee was so abrupt and disturbed that I asked him for help! I mean what was I suppose to do ? I had to pay. So he kept sliding some card he had on him super fast like I donā€™t know how many times. So he gets frustrated and walks away saying I donā€™t know. At this point I was shocked at the service I was receiving and asked for a manager. Now Iā€™m waiting 20 minutes more and no manager in sight, omg !
Well had to leave all my stuff and walk out, so frustrated !!! No wonder Walmart has a bad name, I can see why !!! Yep you got it not going there anymore !!!
Iā€™d rate them way below 0 if I could !!
They are a bad bad business !!

Tried curbside pick up for the firstā€¦

Tried curbside pick up for the first time. Not a great experience. Had to phone four times before anyone answered. The associate had an accent, I couldn't understand him and he was really rude. The young lady that brought my order was very nice, but was working all alone so I waited 20 minutes. This was not easier than going in to the store.

Self check-out problem

Self check out process assisted by store employee added two more entries of same value for same produce. That's $27 more added for cherries that I did not purchase. I had been warned but forgot. Two weeks later looking over receipts I noticed the error. Too late. I have warned others and will seriously consider returning. We can't even trust our local grocery store in getting it right. I'm a senior citizen on a budget! I can't afford this. SO BUYER BEWAREā€¦,,

Not having bags is an idiotic practice at a grocery store. Whatever fool I'm corporate that decided to try charge three dollars a bag in the name of environmentalism should be fired. Unlikely to return to stores until this is solved.

What is it with walmart

What is it with walmart it use to be a decent store not great but and ok box store.
Was in today at two o'clock to find a pair of pants for my 92 year old mother the last time I saw that much camo I wasn't in Canada. What a joke. We have target back. Just another name, same garbage.
I would love to see a Canadian store that wasn't out for the dollar. Then maybe we would finally be treated like our country and not some cheap knock off

Don't sign up for any delivery subscriptions

Don't sign up for deliveries. I cancel my plan and did not know I was being charged the last 2 years. When I called the first time about the charge, no one in there office had no idea what the charge was for. Good thing my credit card blocked the last transaction. Caused me a lot of inconveniences.

I also had another issue where the manager was supposed to call me for a delivery and each time I followed up, They said someone would call back

Basically if you have an major issue that requires you to call the store or customer service, no one can help regardless how many times you call. Worst customer service I've experienced with any retailer.

I often order online from Walmart. I have never once had a bad experience. I'm completely satisfied with every product and ever order I have ever made. Product delivery is on time, and easily trackable. I love shopping Walmart online. Bigger selection and fast service. šŸ‘

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I took off work and did not get my package on the date promised. I asked them to deliver on the next day I will be available & they had an excuse to why they couldn't. I asked if they could deliver to another secure address, they told me to contact FedEx. I asked to cancel and they said it wasn't possible. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Absolutely no recourse or regard for the consumer. I will NEVER order from Wal Mart again!...BTW, noone knows where my order is STILL!

This happens to me often, also! I may start shopping at Target. I have started shopping at Amazon and that has been so-so.

On clothing it is because they buy from China and the sizes are ALWAYS wrong! Why would a store continue to do business with those companies. They won't change sizes when working with counties that are not tiny people?

Of course not. While sites like this do their best to weed out trolls it just stands to reason their will be a few. Also you have to consider that not everyone who writes a review will have a clear view of what really happened. People become unreasonable when money is involved and tend not to see things as they are. They often tend not to look at the businesses side and want an instant refund or the product replaced immediately. They never stop to consider that the business has to protect itself too.

Ive shopped online an Ive had some good experience with ordering using my cards. Ive used visa and mastercard prepaid and check cards. But if you're gonna do a refund online it takes longer for your funds to be back into your account if using an prepaid instead of an check card. Check cards are easier to verify that's why it takes less time to refund.

I use Discover for all my Walmart.com purchases. I've never had a problem using that or my local credit union issued bank card. I don't know anyone who's had issues using a card to order from Walmart.com.

I successfully ordered through Walmart.com and the charge appeared on my credit card (I checked online). I subsequently canceled the order due to finding product in the brick-and-mortar Walmart but the charge shows as pending, meaning it will go away d/t cancellation. I used a Visa credit card with no problems.

Most of Walmart.com employees doesn't work for Walmart. They work for others like Sykes Enterprise Inc. and companies like Sykes these companies are third party. Their employees are basically trained on there own over the phone in there homes not at an actually building. Half of these employees are trained like some days or maybe a week. You have to pass at least 80% on testings but you really don't have to read nor look at the videos just retake the test again and again until you make 80% or higher. If you do that you have an job taking calls for Walmart.com. They are not well trained, their don't know their job, not experienced, some are felonies, they store your personal information within their homes, they can use your information or sell to others. Be aware of these reps. It's best that you hung up. Just go inside of the store if you are needing or wanting something from this retailer, just to be on the safe side.
